WELCOME TO ASHIANA
A haven for the community - built by the community...
Getting away from the pressures of daily life as we know it, being with people who share a vision, the future Ashiana will hopefully be located in the
Bel Air community next to Shanti Som day spa and sanctuary.
It will be on a parcel of land approximately 470 square meters, with its own
entrance and parking, and it will be made available to anyone in the community who wishes to use it for its intended purpose.
The idea of Ashiana is inspired by the Indian word for retreat or haven. The concept is to build upon a growing spiritual movement
that is changing the lives of many in the community. Ashiana will be simple in its construction, comprising of a single building made of wood
and resting on a deck that will be elevated from the ground. Surrounding the safehaven will be lush gardens with walkways and secluded
retreats.
